Changes to the event date or cancellation are subject to the terms agreed at the time of reservation.
04. Damage & Insurance
Customers are responsible for damage or loss of rented items beyond normal wear and tear, subject to the agreed rental terms.
05. Electricity & Site Access
Electricity, generator requirements, access to the venue and any additional site costs should be agreed before the event.
06. Delays & Collection
Setup, collection times and any applicable delay charges must be confirmed in writing before the event.
